1969 Olympic mobile home

For sale, as is, mobile home in Birch Bay resort. The good: feels more like a double wide with a big, privacy deck, 200 sq.ft. sun room and covered car port, all equivalent to the length of the mobile. There's a tankless water heater run on propane. Brand new, electric furnace installed last year. The bathroom has a stand in shower and separate tub. The roof was redone in 2016 with TPO membrane, so it's got about 40 years left on it! A few minute walk from the beach and little store. $700 space rent covers lot fee and w/s/g. Comes with all appliances plus a chest freezer and washer and dryer. New breaker box and switches. The bad: some of the plumbing under the house is galvanized. Electrical could be updated but with what we've had done, works and functions as it should with breakers tripping appropriately when needed. The ugly: interior cosmetic work always makes things better. Willing to leave all building supplies and paint that we have for projects unfinished. It's older, so I mean, as is means, as is. We've lived here, confidante for almost 4 years and have been updating things as needed. Summary: we're looking to sell ASAP.
