Handwired Hot-rodded Marshall Plexi clone 50W

This amp started off as a handwired Plexi-100 turret board by Doug Hoffman of Hoffman Amps. I altered the board for 50 watts with various changes including heater voltage elevation for reduced noise, a post phase inverter master volume, a Metropolous Amps Zero Loss effects loop, and a switchable JCM 800 cascade switch for extra gain. This also has a Lo input for JCM800 cleans. Together with the pre and post phase inverter master volumes and the switchable cascade switch, the amp has many tones available. Transformers are USA ClassicTone, and premium components are used throughout. As you can see, there are no front or rear panels on the cabinet. The cab was repurposed from another amp and the control panel cutouts were too small. The cab was made by Sourmash cabs out of Florida. I've been building amps as a hobby for almost 20 years.
