My father was in the residential real estate business for 50 years - he recently retired so we are selling off all his New Old Stock 'inventory' of materials. Fresh cedar well made gate for picket fence or arborway. Includes complete hinges and latch hardware sets (see photos). The gate measures 35" wide (for a 36" opening) and is 31.5" tall at it's tallest point (the ends). The pre-primed post is 70" and is 4 5/8" x 4 5/8" - there are a couple natural vertical splits in the wood (see photos). Includes post-cap.
