1986 GT Pro Performer - Survivor - All original

The King of Old School BMX! This year and model was what kick-started the large scale cultural interest in freestyle and BMX after Eddie Fiola made the bike popular in 1984 and 1985. This is an all original survivor GT Pro Performer from 1986. It has been my personal collection piece for quite a few years, and I've decided to let it go to someone else who can appreciate it. This bike has everything that came on it the day it was sold, and I mean everything. Some soft parts (tires and brakes pads) have been removed to make it rideable. However the original GT tires and Dia-Comp pads will be included on the side for anyone who wants to use it as a show bike. The bike is spec'd as the original catalogue shows: -Chromo Pro Performer frame/fork -GT Performer bars -Pro Performer drivetrain -GT mallet stem -GT BMX seat and layback post -OKG Performer mag wheels -GT Epoch headset - A'me grips -Suntour pedals -etc If you know what this is, you know these are hard to come by. I'm listing it locally first for a little while, but will list it online if there are no serious buyers.
