Enclosed Utility Trailer and RV combined

Unique RV/Utility Trailer. This is a unique setup as it is both an enclosed utility trailer for everyday use and it converts to a RV for your camping pleasure! Besides hauling and storage, the full queen bed folds up for your motorcycles, bikes etc. This is a 2016, 19 foot (21 with tongue) dual axle trailer that is well constructed and insulated. It has a Carrier roof air that we have been in excess of 110 degrees and remained comfortable. Because of the insulation a small electric heater keeps it warm well below freezing. There is a utility style sink with an electric hot water heater. Stored under the bed is a 30 gallon rolling dump tank and we also have a 30 gallon fresh water tank that is no longer mounted but included. There is a wall mounted 32 inch Vizio TV with swing arm, remote, and antenna as well as 4 steel cabinets and 6 more in a mounted dresser. The Microwave is built in. We use a portable camp toilet which is also included. For cooking there is a new Blackstone portable griddle that we use outside. The wheels have been recently serviced and it features an electric jack and yes, it has a break-away emergency brake system. Some states and Canada require this. It features a full width, drive-on pull-down rear door. It also has screens, blackout window coverings and a roof vent that has a protective cover for travel. There is an intact awning but has some sun damage and we have never used it. One item that is negotiable is that I have a brand new 3,500 watt generator for someone who wants to Boondock or dry camp. When I say Brand New, I mean less than 5 working (running) hours. We tow this with a with Toyota Tundra Long Bed Truck. The truck is for sale but not included in this price.
