We are offering a delivered and installed complete automatic press solution. This includes a 2012, RPM model, Revolution, with 10 heads and 12 stations. The unit has roughly 1.2 million cycles on it with a life expectancy of 10 million. It accommodates 23x31 screens and has a print size of 16x18. The press features pneumatic frame locks, pneumatic and independent lift of squeegees and flood bars, adjustable screen holders, micro adjustments on long edge of screen, digital print carriage location, independent digital heads, digital squeegee pressure, digitally adjusted flood and print speeds, and a programmable main control panel with digital readout. It includes (2) in-head and programmable quartz flashes with adjustable zones and a 3 hp, Atlas Copco, 135 PSI, air compressor that has less than 500 hours on it. Finally, it includes a tri-lock system to ensure accurate placement of artwork on screens. The tri-lock system has a light table for aligning art and a sync'd exposure unit to consistently align multi-color projects. The price includes crating, shipping, and installation
