This is all natural pork, we are not yet certified organic due to the cost of doing so but all of our animals are raised in the most natural and stress free environment with GMO free feeds and fresh wheat and barley sprouts all winter, we provide them with lots of room to run around and a rotating pasture through woods with lots of nuts and acorns for some truly amazing flavor and marbeling to the meat.
