I have 275 gallon IBC totes that had glue in them ( basically Elmer’s glue) . They are not cleaned out you will have to wash them out which is easy to do they are not food grade so they are not safe to drink out of them. They can be used for pretty much everything else but that. I can meet you or deliver to you .
