Recumbent P-38 lightning

The good - Awesome recumbent. Fast and can climb. I rode across the country and a few extra states Oklahoma, Ragbri. Bought years ago from Richardson bikemart. LX wheels and derailers. A super smooth riding bike. The bad- it’s been sitting for years and is in need of a clean up and tune up. . Will need tires, tubes and cables this is why the price is the same as a Walmart bike.
