If you have a mostly level lot this will cut your mow time considerably - I would not recommend for steeps (we have and dealers - at least some of them - overrate the "ability" of these on anything but level ground). Slightly rolling - sure, no problem. But if your lawn is completely hilly - I would not recommend. Just be honest with yourself as opposed to wanting a fast ZT. Low hours (but still using), will send pic of hours if needed. Price mostly firm - I will accept reasonable offers but you will waste your time low-balling as this thing is still fresh. Cash only. As-is, you probably get remaining factory warranty.
