Belsaw Lumber Edger ?

Our dads estate items. Everything spins and slides. Its very heavy and will try to get better pics showing blades. He put new insert teeth on the blades 30 years ago then parked it in beef shed. I cant lift it so it would take 2 strong men to move this. Sold as is and cash.
