WellCraft 26.5 Cabin Cruiser & 2000 EZ Loader Galvanized trailer

Wellcraft Excel 26.5 Cabin cruiser (sun-bridge model) with a super heavy duty 2000 EZ Loader Galvanized trailer. Excellent running ready to go boat and trailer, go camping in the San Juan's this weekend! Both titles in hand. + closed cooling system (antifreeze) for easy winterization and you can run it all you like in the salt water. We have had this for about 5 years and it's been great but we are located in Central WA and it's way too much boat for our local waters. Had it out at least 6 times last year, crabbing in Everett, cruising the Columbia from Vantage etc and it's fantastic but time for us to down-size. A little about the boat. We bought it from a boat mechanic and it was his personal family boat for a while. He replaced the complete engine a little before we got it and it had about 50 hours on it at the time of purchase. It's a 572 Volvo Penta (350 GM/Chev style) with the same brand outdrive. Everything works well, no leaks, noises etc. We have not even put 30/40 hrs on it since purchase. Maybe 2 full tanks of fuel total in our entire time of ownership? Brand new tires on the trailer and a spare included. lights work, I never bled the surge brakes but they could be made to work fairly easily. Boat is fully self contained, a camper on the water, heater, hot water, indoor and exterior hot showers. toilet, kitchen with cooking area etc. I have new alcohol for the cook stove. Fridge works great, nice and cool for your beverages. It has 2 full sleeping areas plus room to convert the table for interior overnighter use. Last year I replaced all of the interior lighting with updated LED style units. Also removed the complete outdrive and did a service and replaced the exhaust bellows just because I did not know how old that stuff was. Season prior I replaced the fresh water cooling pump and alternator and belts etc. Just went through all fluids, sanitized and flushed the fresh water system etc. Fill the fridge and hit the water. Full top, complete cover as seen in the pics, and a full snap and zip weather enclosure. Comes with a TON of stuff, lots of life vests, ropes, dock bumpers, spare parts, way too much to list and I am sure I am missing a bunch. Has a nice stereo and remote cabin control, off-shore radio and depth finder. Upholster is really nice for it's age and overall, it's as pretty in person as it looks in the pics. Someone could have the bottom paint updated to make it even nicer looking. That is all I can think of. Just selling it dirt cheap to motivate myself to let it go but if it stays around for the next little bit, we will start booking family trips to use it again this year. And saving time (and my sanity up front ) from online buyers. NO TRADES of any kind and I have zero interest in low offers, thanks. I know it's priced like a project but it's not and I will just take the loss and let her go. I will also include a Livingston style dingy if someone wants it and it has the davits for stern mount.
