40' Patio Toy Hauler for Tiny home rebuild

$6000 OBO! We have a 40' RV toy hauler for sale. We were going to rebuild into a tiny home but life has not cooperated with us so we rather sale. The RV is gutted out so its bare walls are exposed. The front and back walls need to be rebuild as they were torn out due to mold. The electrical wires are still in tact. The RV comes with almost new insulation and and some materials for rebuilding. Brand new paneling, light switches, outlets, flex seal paint and tape.
