Deer hunting lease

Looking for 2 experienced hunters to hunt deer with me on my property in ((Wayne county in, Southern IL. )), for this year and beyond, firearm, bow & arrow. It is small parcel of land ( 22 Acres ) but it is very secluded and productive. The property is located about 4 hours drive from downtown Chicago, IL. In return, each hunter has to pay $1200 cash , and up to 25 hours of work on improving the property a year, if needed: Build deer stand, plant deer food plots, fix fences, fix the trailer, etc. . In addition, each hunter would have to provide up to $200 In material . You have to provide proof of hunting insurance, you can get that on your own or by joining (NJSFSC.org) or other, as well as sign a liability release form.
