Comfort-Aire 25,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, New in the Box

I have two Comfort-Aire window A/C Heat Pump units for sale, both new in the box, boxes still have the factory bands on them. Price is for ONE. As heat pumps they offer cooling AND heating, although the heating is said to be supplemental in that it will cycle off and on. I think I got that right. So basically they would probably be OK for heating needs here on the outer banks spring and fall, maybe winter if it wasn't too cold outside. Model is REG-253 or REG-253M, easy enough to look up online. Like most window units of this capacity they require 220VAC. I also have an RAH-183M which looks like it could be either window mounted or through the wall. 18,000 BTU, probably also 220VAC, also a heat pump unit, also new in the box. And I have an REG-123 12,000 BTU, that one the box has been opened but i don't think it has been taken out of the packaging. That one I will keep IF it is 110VAC, if it's 220 I can't use it. I live in KDH but the units will be stored in Currituck near the water park if that is a more convenient place to pick them up.
