1985 Jeep CJ7

Engine AMC 258, Professionally rebuilt, bored .60 over, double roller chain, oil pump, Rebuilt Holley 390 CFM 4 barrel carburetor from Holley, Clifford 6=8 intake manifold, water pump, 3 core aluminum radiator, fuel pump, fuel tank and carrier, sending unit, HEI distributer, long tube headers, 2.25 inch exhaust, Thrush Hush muffler. Drive train Torque Flight 999 transmission rebuilt by local professional, Dana 300 transfer case re-sealed and inspected, One piece axles in rear, differentials inspected, cleaned out and resealed, 2.73 gears, new U joints, cleaned replaced bearings, seals and u joints, new brakes, lines cleaned out, brake booster and master cylinder, shocks, Satin black aluminum wheels, older 33x12.5R15 BF Goodrich All terrain RT. Body/Frame Tub was repaired by cutting out and welding new metal in places were rust was found, mainly on sides by the “JEEP” and rear where previous owner installed recessed tail lights, floor panels in great shape, cleaned and prepped underside with POR 15, new windshield rubber, glass, side nerf bars, Frame had small rust areas on frame rails both sides before rear wheels and tail sections on both sides, replaced with rust buster frame patches, over kill but wanted to make sure there were no future issues, chassis was completely disassembled stripped and coated with POR 15, 2.5 inch spring lift, paint is “Ferrari Red”, multiple base and clear coats, all pieces painted separate for best coverage, original color Yellow. Interior Working Fuel, Temp, and Alternator & Oil pressure, heater and vent box cleaned out and reconditioned where needed, new heater core, cables, vents, original front seats in great shape replaced the seat bottoms on both to guarantee long use, rear seat great shape, I like the look and wanted to keep it, locking center console, horn, turn signals, all wiring harnesses removed-inspected and cleaned up. Exterior Fender flares, “Jeep” decals on side fenders, hood hardware, all lights work, Bestop vinyl super top and bows, ½ hard doors, full fabric doors also included and have been reconditioned.
