Craftsman T240 riding lawn mower tractor *ONLY 36 HOURS*

Craftsman T240 ride-on lawn mower, basically like new, just 36 hours on the odometer. The mower features a 22 HP Kohler 725cc V-twin engine, automatic hydrostatic transmission, 46" deck, and "Turn Tight" 5" turn radius. I bought the mower new and have full maintenance records. It has been stored under cover its whole life. I recently installed a new carburetor and battery. It runs great, deck is in excellent shape, blades are sharp, tires are good, and it has no leaks or mechanical issues. It needs absolutely nothing. I am only selling because we rarely use it. We bought it a few years ago thinking we would do our own yard work, but after a couple years of DIYing the yard, we decided we hated yard work lol and hired a service. Asking $1495.
