Vintage Open Ended Wrench "6490", Studebaker Spanner Wrench/Tool Kit

Based on some online research, this open ended wrench with the embossed numbers "6490" may have been from a Studebaker tool kit. The spanner wrench may have been made by the EMF Co. Detroit (Everitt Metzger Flanders). There are no wrench size markings - no manufacturer markings. Wrench shows wear and rust/pitting. Wrench measures about 8.75" long and the handle is about an inch wide. Item kept in a clean, dry environment. Owner of this item also owned a Studebaker "back in the day".
