Doors are $400 each for a shell and $550 complete with window regulator and glass. Front Bumpers range in price and condition from $500-$800, I no longer have any 996.1 front bumpers, I have several 996.2 front bumpers, 2 986 Boxster “S” front bumpers, 1 997.1 “S” front bumper and 1 987.1 Cayman front bumper. I have several 996.1 / 996.2 Rear Bumper Covers, ranging in condition, most will need minor cosmetic repairs, I have one 987.1 Boxster Rear Bumper in need of minor repair and a 987.1 Cayman Rear Bumper Cover…various others please inquire, prices range from $250-$450 I have ONE 996.2 Turbo / C4S / GT2 Rear Bumper, great condition - $1600 I have Cabriolet “Clamshells” for 986 and 987 Boxster and 996 / 997 Cabriolets, $250-$350 I have front and rear bumper supports with shocks if you’ve been on an accident.
