Includes all new Avantco 36" 2 door refrigerated sandwich prep table (pans sold separately), lp gas 36" griddle, 24" charbroiler, and 12" 2 burner hotplate. Also Vevor 28"w x 24"D x 9.5"H 6 pan electric warmer, 54" 3 compartment stainless steel sink with backsplash, stainless steel hand sink, and 7'L stainless vent-a-hood. And there is more like the fire suppression system, Pioneer WYT-19 ductless mini split air conditioning / heat pump, dual 40# LP tanks, 3 bright 4' LED interior lights, Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater, 5'W window with 12"D x 5'W fold down table outside and 14"D x 4'W two tiered table inside. All you need is the pans for the prep table, and a generator, and some groceries with a good cook and a vendor's license and you are ready to put it to good use.
