175cc bush hog 4 wheeler Atv 2 wheel drive

This has been in storage for 3 years. I used this for hunting without any problems. When I put it in storage it was running great. Been sitting for 3 years cause I can't hunt again. All the tires and plastic is good. Battery is not holding a charge. It cranks over when I have a battery charger on it but not firing over. Needs a choke cable. It froze up. NoI was told it could be just a spark plug and or carb might need to be clean. Tgat is why i put it in fair condition. It wont take much to get this going. Asking $650. No low ball offers .
