Dreaming of affordable wood flooring? We carry a broad spectrum of real wood flooring milled by our own team. We work to supply a character filled product with every option allowing you to make the choice to install a quality product economically. We currently mill white oak, southern yellow pine, ambrosia maple, american hickory, reclaimed barn wood, black walnut, and poplar wood floors. We can supply small projects and whole houses. Wood Flooring Options 1x6 Southern Yellow Pine- Benchmark Grade The yellow pine is priced at $1.85 per sq ft for unopened packs and $1.95 if we have to split the packs. Pack sizes vary from as small as 400 sq ft to as large as 1,500 sq ft. These packs typically have one or two lengths in them. An unopened pack of 1,000 sq ft would cost $1,850 plus tax. White Oak- Benchmark Grade Our white oak is priced at $4.75 per sq ft. We sell our white oak flooring in mixed widths of 3", 5", and 7" in random lengths at 3/4” thickness. If you purchase 2,000+ sq ft, the price is reduced by $.50 per sq ft. Ambrosia Maple- Benchmark Grade Our Ambrosia Maple is priced at $3.50 per sq ft. We sell our wormy maple flooring in mixed widths of 3", 5", and 7" in random lengths at 3/4” thickness. If you purchase 2,000+ sq ft, the price is reduced by $.50 per sq ft. Reclaimed Barn Wood- Benchmark Grade Our barn wood flooring is priced at $7.50 per sq ft. We sell our reclaimed wood flooring in mixed widths of 3", 4", and 5" in random lengths at 3/4” thickness. If you purchase 2,000+ sq ft, the price is reduced by $.50 per sq ft. American Hickory- Benchmark Grade Our Hickory is priced at $5.25 per sq ft. We sell our American Hickory flooring in mixed widths of 3", 5", and 7" in random lengths at 3/4” thickness. If you purchase 2,000+ sq ft, the price is reduced by $.50 per sq ft. 1x6 Poplar- Run of the Mill Grade Our 1x6 yellow poplar is priced at $2.25 per sq ft. Pack sizes vary from as small as 400 sq ft to as large as 1,500 sq ft. These packs typically have one or two lengths in them. An unopened pack of 1,000 sq ft would cost $1,850 plus tax. Black Walnut- Benchmark Grade Our Walnut is priced at $5.50 per sq ft. We sell our Black Walnut flooring in mixed widths of 3", 5", and 7" in random lengths at 3/4” thickness.
