These pans were engineered by Bakers Pride to allow for a much more consistent, even stone deck temperature from left-to-right, front-to-back. No Hot Spots. Few if any other ovens being sold here include these very important Air Insulator Pans. (See Picture - ITEM MARKED 11). AIR INSULATOR PANS sell for over $1461.59 per set of 3, YOU GET 3 PER OVEN DECK, 6 FOR THE STACKED PAIR SET OF OVENS! I can bring this oven anywhere and set it up for a reasonable reimbursement. I know it “works” as I myself cooked pizzas in each of them; Alternatively if its (their) gas safety valve, thermostat, thermopile/thermocouple or pilot light stops working during the first 365 days of use, I will order and send you a replacement at my cost. Know there are no other operational components to these stationary deck ovens.
