Dust jacket is well aged from decades of use. (see photos 1,3,4) The inner linen fabric cover is intact, no rips or tears, but it is faded on the edges. All pages are firmly intact due to the quality sewn binding. The only stained pages are the colored Navigation charts and those touching it due to being printed on different paper which did not age quite as well - shows aging patina.
