A beautiful Persian runner, used in good condition. Age approx. 1980 isch. Hand-knotted, wool on cotton foundation. Warm and lively colors from vegetable and mineral dyes. Tribal motifs. The Zanjan rugs are made in the northern province of Iran known as Zanjan. It produces many beautiful Persian tribal rugs. The quality is very good and the rugs have proved to last a long time. An authentic Zanjan Persian rug/runner is an ideal way to add something to a room which could use some decoration. Size 10'-1" x 3'-4".
