Food Truck type step van 1988 - OBO

1988 Step Van recent rebuilt engine, many new parts - catalytic converter, brake lines, starter, fuel pump, and more It is NOT set up as a food truck but has two copper propane lines installed and serving windows. Interior is insulated and paneled. I put in shelving for my use - removable. One pic is insulation work before paneling - No bells and whistles in cabin, has heat but no AC $5000 OBO I used it as an art mobile and bought another truck that is more suitable for my use - this one is at the mechanic about to get a transmission work done for $2500. I am ready to negotiate on a reasonable price for this vehicle, with or without the transmission work done.
