Made in Macau ---------------- Arco Industries -------------- Robot when fully raised is 9" ------ 7 ½ " in closed position Since this is a collectors piece you may not want to fill it with water but if you do: Raise the robot arms to the front chest area carefully pull down the gray back pack insert the head cap into shallow clean water grasp chest area of toy and pull legs in a upward position as you would a turkey baster drawing water into the cap lower arms to lock in back pack that now becomes part of your pistol, then SPRAY AWAY These toys were never used by me but acquired as a lot.
