Grass fed beef

I am sending 1 cow to butcher in early June. Grass fed angus beef. No hormones and no antibiotics. The beef is 4 years old and will be best for burger and roasts. Selling in 1/4 or 1/2 beef. 1/4 beef is expected to be around 250 pounds hanging weight. Will be processed at a local USDA certified butcher shop. I am charging $3 per pound hanging weight and the butcher charges $1 per pound for the cut and wrap or you can take the side of beef home and cut/wrap yourself if you want to save the $1 per pound fee.
