Pastured pork, grass fed lamb and goat

We raise a closed herd of pastured pork from farrow to finish with no antibiotics or added hormones. Our pigs are on a corn and soy free diet and graze on crops that we grow such as sorghum Sudan grass or in the summer and triticale in the winter. In addition to our pork we also raise lamb and goat in the same fashion. We harvest all our animals at either a state or USDA inspected facility’s in our local community we then sell specialized cuts by the pound to the public via farmers markets or our free delivery service! In pork we currently have fresh ham steaks, pork chops, country style ribs, as well as green chili, jalapeño cheddar, and regular German sausage. In lamb we currently have chops, shoulder steaks, ground lamb, neck chops, and German sausage In goat we currently have chops, shoulder steaks, racks, and green chili, jalapeño cheddar, and regular German sausage.
