2007 Trailmanor 3124KS - Hard shell, pop up camper / RV / Trailer Trailmanor campers are highly sought after. This camper weighs approx. 3500 lbs and can be pulled by any vehicle that has a pull rating of 5000 lbs or greater. Wind load is low on a pop up camper and that will make your trip more fuel efficient. You can also travel a bit faster because the sway is minimal with a pop up camper. This camper is in very good shape and condition. Everything works great. Tires are in great shape. Has new spare tire and new battery. Also has nice, new curtains that I had specially made for this camper. This camper has a Regular (clean) Iowa Title and the registration is current in Polk County, Iowa. This unit has a prior salvage title from Nebraska for a rather small crack in the frame. The small crack in the frame has been professionally plated and welded and so and you'd never know it had a small crack. I am providing this info for full transparency as I had intended to sell this camper previously to a couple and they had it inspected and identified this item as I never knew it had this issue. Therefore I have had this issue professionally rectified and the unit is again now ready to be sold. All appliances have been tested and are in great working order. The only item on this camper that I have not tested is the solar panel that is after market. The solar panel wiring has been wired into the battery compartment, but I have not had it tested or hooked up to the battery. It is one solar panel and would only be able to provide a trickle charge to the 12v battery. This camper is ready for a new home.
