I would like to clarify that although I am being transparent about issues with this camper, you should know that the current condition DOES NOT EFFECT the usability of the camper. I personally used this camper for two seasons IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION as it was like this when I got it. This is not a "lost cause" camper as someone tried to tell me. You can take it anywhere and camp in it comfortably. I'm only selling it because I need something bigger for the grands. When considering this camper, you should not consider whether the damage can be fixed, you should have the mindset of using it as is. As long as you maintain the seals, which you have to do with ANY camper, you will be fine. YES I have taken it to numerous repair shops, NO they will not fix it because of the extensive work taking up shop space for too long. I have used it AS IS with NO problems! If you cannot overcome adversity and make the best of a situation then camping and adventure probably isn't for you. I have put a lot of work and materials into repairs on this camper and I'm asking for less than what I have invested in it. This camper sits in the bed of your truck and YOUR TRUCK MUST HAVE AN 8 FOOT BED. Great camping for those who want minimal fuss - just pull into the campsite, park the truck, hook up water and electricity and you're done! This camper is SUPER CLEAN inside and out and VERY comfortable. Camper can be used off the truck as a free-standing camper. I have owned this camper for 2 years. I've gone to the mountains, the lake and the beach and had a great time! It's the perfect size for a couple or small family and I always get requests for tours when I camp. Repairs/Improvements: New, ice cold AC unit 7/2021 New deep cycle battery 5/2021 New anode rod in hot water heater 7/2021 Upgraded commode to higher profile, porcelain bowl with foot pedal flush 5/2022 Installed steel swing brackets on front jacks to accommodate DRW loading Replaced the following covers on the roof 5/2022: Emergency escape hatch, vent cover for refrigerator and the rain shield over the bathroom fan Camper was caulked and sealed each season Various other repairs to lights, fans, windows, etc. Added removable carpeting Winterized and covered with tarp at the end of each season Repaired running/signal lights Amenities: Electronic command center to track level of gray, black and fresh water tanks Queen bed Drop-down bunk bed over dinette Wraparound dinette with sliding table that converts into a full bed Full, dry bath (yes, you can step out of the shower and still be in the bathroom!) 3 way refrigerator Gas stove/oven with hood vent Microwave Double kitchen sink Integrated propane heat Propane hot water heater with push-button start/stop Solar panel JBL stereo TONS of storage inside, I didn't even fill half of the storage space! 2- 15 gallon propane tanks, one full and one pretty full Remote control jacks with backup manual crank Luggage rack on roof Walkable roof Fantastic fan Bathroom fan Double windows for better insulation Shades on all windows 1 awning over door Light blocking covers for ceiling vents Cable hookup and power outlet outside Outdoor shower 3 Interior hatch doors that allow access to the truck bed for even more storage!
