Hide a bed / sleeper sofa

Good shape, in a room where it's not sat on, or used, much at all, maybe slept on 2 times in 10 years, sat on 1 or 2 times a month. Kept with a cover on it. I do have a cat and a non sheding small dog. But they sit on it covered. Last picture shows cover, that's always on it. On first floor, 3 feet from front door. I can help move it out of house.
