2003 Honda CR250R CR250 frame chassis clean VIN, NO TITLE

Frame is straight and nice condition. Only a few minor scratches. No major scrapes or dings on the under frame rails. Then comes up as clean but I do not have a title for it. Would need to be bonded to get title. If interested, email me a phone number and I will call you.
