Cub Cadet 1045 Tractor and Deck

Inherited a 2013 model, tag under seat shows it was built in December 2012. Used on a small quarter acre house lot. Only used 9 of those years. Always kept in garage or shed. In really good condition. Hydrostatic drive and has a 46-inch mower deck, which is off as it does not fit through my shed door. Quick and easy deck installation. Must pick up, delivery is not available.
