Description:

1500 obo, this trailer currently has no title. I have applied for a VIN and title and have a copy of all paperwork submitted to the BMV. There is a lot of rust, mostly surface rust, but a few holes in cross members. All steel is still solid. Decking is 1"plywood, Weather worn, but all still solid. 26 foot by 8 foot deck, but the last 2 foot tapers down by the tongue to 4 foot wide. 1 hub and wheel missing. 5 on 4 1/2 lug pattern hub is about 40 on eBay or Amazon. Wheel with tire is about 100, give or take 20 or so depending on the weight rating tire. I was going to get a set of 2 class E wheels with tires for 170, so there's a spare. I bought this as a project, but I don't have a lot of time and have too many projects. So I thought I'd give someone the opportunity to get this at a deal. Each axle is rated for 3,500 lbs. I haven't seen a triple axle for less than 4,000. So I feel like this is a good deal for someone with a welder and time to dedicate to this. For the steel angle to reinforce the rust holes, and make ramps is about 200, 170 for the wheel plus a spare, 40 for hub, around 100 to add an extra layer of plywood, 100 for paint, 100 for wench. So, about 710 for material and 1500 for the trailer, that's about half off the price of getting a used trailer of this size and capabilities. Oh, and when the BMV accepts my paperwork and issues VIN and title, that's on less thing you'll have to deal with. All the lights work. The rear 2 axle have electric brakes, but they are not wired into 7 pin connector. I do not have a brake controller on my truck to test that, but it would be easy to wire them back up. I pulled this home on over an hour trip with a 1500, and it pulled nicely.
