Description:

MALE and FEMALE PAIR and another female. I'm reluctantly having to sell a few of our beloved 7 emus in an effort maintain peace and to manage their pre-breeding behavior. please read ad before contacting me, Taking Best offers over $500 for the 3 ONLY to a good secure forever home. They are right around two years old and extremely tame. I call them the "MU-CREW" (Betty-Su, Bobby-Lu, Perdu, Booku, Tofu, Jew-Ju, and MU-stafa) I've raised them since they were babies. They get along very well with other animals, sometimes a Billy goat would give THEM a hard time but only when eating together. They live with turkey a couple alpaca and goats. They are healthy and strong and can be petted and even hugged because they ARE petted and hugged pretty much daily. I'm not selling them individually or to somebody who wants them to eat or make boots out of them etc... I'm taking best offers only over $500, or possible trades for other interesting livestock, maybe even something like a zebra, peafowl, Bronze Standard Heritage type turkey hens, Nigerian Dwarf or Pygmy Goat nannies, Tennessee Walking Horse or possibly other gaited horses, Great Pyrenees or Border Collie puppie, a decent donkey or pony cart wagon guns n ammo, etc. Just let me know what you've got and we could potentially add cash for something we're interested in. We are located in Lothian Maryland which is between Upper Marlboro n Dunkirk just off of route 4. I could even transport them for about $100 for up to 50 miles plus around two dollars a loaded mile after that. If you have a hobby farm and want an impressive exotic animal that is really outstanding these will definitely do the trick. I don't think you'll find a sweeter group either. They do require at least a 4 foot fence and some type of run in shelter and ideally it should be heated with heat lamps or something for the very coldest nights when it's below freezing for days or weeks at a time. They are surprisingly hardy and mainly consume multi species stock feed and for a while I was supplementally feeding them spent grains from a beer brewery. Best way to get in touch with me is to text me with what you're thinking, or what you have to offer maybe with a pic or two.
