Don’t be fooled by wood that is not dried long enough or not at all and split into big chunks. It will not burn well. I have excellent pecan wood for sale. The wood is well split and seasoned usually for two years or longer. Greener wood also available for smoking purposes. All containers are stacked tightly for maximum value.
