2003 Mercedes E500 Automatic- Runs Great

I have a 2003 Mercedes E500 that runs great with a clean title and is insured and registerd. I have always taken care of my car and have all of my receipts for oil changes etc: These are the current issues with my car as I know them: 1. Replace the rear air bags with regular shocks (conversion) 2. One Flat tire on the front passenger side 3. May need a new Battery - my car has been sitting for a few months since I moved so will need a charge either way. The great things about my car: 1. My car is a tank and very solid. Great for younger or older. 2. My car’s handling is excellent. 3. Engine and transmission are excellent - I never raced him or drove him bad and always changed the oil even when it wasn’t due and it shows 4. The car is as gorgeous as the day I got it I’m asking $5300 obo
